Litoracircle provides literary discovery, editorial content, author information, community enquiries, and information about promotional and media services. Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe restricted systems without permission, send spam, impersonate someone, or use the forms to submit abusive or unlawful content. If these terms are not acceptable to you, please do not use the website.

2. Editorial content and accuracy

We aim to present accurate author, book, event, and service information. Some material has been carried over from the existing Litoracircle catalogue and may need updating. Dates, availability, publication details, and external platform policies can change. Please confirm important details with the team before relying on them. Contact us about corrections. Editorial profiles do not imply an author’s endorsement, membership, appearance, or commercial partnership.

3. User submissions

Only submit information and material that you are entitled to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of your author biography, book description, contact details, and supplied links, and for obtaining permissions for photographs, covers, quotations, or other material. An enquiry is not an automatic acceptance for publication. Please do not send confidential manuscripts or sensitive information unless an appropriate submission arrangement has been agreed.

4. Permission to review and publish material

By sending an enquiry, you allow the team to review it and respond for the purpose requested. Publication, campaign use, image reuse, and media sharing should be agreed separately with the relevant rights holder. Ownership is not transferred merely by sending a form. We may decline, edit with appropriate approval, correct, or remove submitted material where necessary for accuracy, rights, safety, or editorial suitability.

5. Promotional and editorial services

Service descriptions are invitations to discuss a project, not an unconditional offer or guarantee. Deliverables, approvals, fees, payment arrangements, timing, cancellation terms, and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before paid work begins. A specific service agreement governs the agreed project. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, a positive review, a particular audience size, or a publishing outcome.

6. Reviews, platforms, and ethical promotion

Editorial reviews reflect honest judgement. Paid promotional work does not purchase positive ratings or fabricated reader endorsements. Goodreads, Amazon/KDP, social platforms, and other third parties control their own systems and rules. Any proposed activity must comply with the relevant platform’s policies and use truthful information. Do not share your platform passwords through our enquiry forms.

7. FM radio interviews and events

An interview or event enquiry does not reserve a place or confirm a broadcast. Programme fit, station or organiser participation, schedule, format, fees, access details, recording permissions, and reuse rights are confirmed individually. Event dates and availability may change. Do not travel or make non-refundable arrangements without confirmation from the organiser. Follow any agreed event conduct requirements and respect other participants.

Books, photographs, covers, author names, and other third-party works remain the property of their respective rights holders. Litoracircle’s original editorial presentation and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Browsing is permitted for personal use; copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially reusing protected material requires the relevant permission or a lawful exception.
